Dr. WK Lam, Adviser and Mr. David Chow, Chairman of HKLIA delivered
a speech on behalf of Hong Kong Linux Industry Association at the
Information Infrastructure Expo 2003. Dr. Lam stressed that every
company should have a plan and time table in implementing Linux.
