Ms Judy Leung is the Chief Operation Officer of Arcotect Limited. She manages all of Arcotect capabilities as a focal point, leveraging the company’s Research & Development, IT Services Delivery, Sales and Marketing, overall Human Resources and Administration.

Ms. Leung has 20 years' experience in corporate management, strategic planning and marketing management in HK & PRC. She joined Arcotect Limited in 2001 as Vice President, responsible for strategy and solutions of the company. She developed the new businesses in Public and Telco sectors.

Ms Leung is elected as the Vice President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF). She is also serving on the following public sectors:

- Management and Supervisory Training Committee under Vocational Training Council (VTC)

- Convener of Project Management sub-committee cum Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) for HK Quality Framework by Education and Manpower Bureau (EMB)

- IT Training Review Committee on Employee Retraining Board (ERB)

- Product and Design Committee under Continuous Education Fund (CEF)

- Director of the HK Institute of Professional Certificate

- Organizing Committee on HK International Computer Conference (HKICC) from 2005-2007

Through the years, Judy strongly involved in protecting IT members' interests on government bodies.
