| According to IDC September, 2010 report, Android surpassed iPhone as the second largest smart phone operating system while Window Mobile dropped to less than 6% market share. Android was introduced a year ago and caught up with the rivals. The business potential is enormous. A meeting was held at Hong Kong Science and Technology Park between Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute and members of Hong Kong Linux Industry Association. In the meeting , representatives expressed their interest in joining the working group in developing applications on Android platform. | |
